Return Policy

Merchandise that is new, unused and in its original packaging may be returned for a refund or credit within 15 days of delivery, accompanied with an original receipt.  If there is nothing wrong with the merchandise and you simply do not like the choice you made or it is the wrong size, the item may be returned or exchanged. If being returned, a refund or credit minus a 20% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. Return and Exchange item(s) must be in new condition and returned with the original manufacturers packaging and labels intact. Item(s) with obvious signs of use or missing packaging and labels will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.

If an item is delivered damaged, please report it to us asap and it will be replaced or credited towards another item. So please contact us, and make us aware of the problem before returning it.

Preferred shipping method from the US is the United States Postal Service; please do not use UPS.

Include with the return/exchange item(s) the original order name, full shipping address, phone number, and order number (if available) from the original order.

Credit can only be issued to the same credit card used for the original order.

Please note it may take up to 30 days for the refund to post to your credit card statement.
